Manuscript Submission
By submitting a manuscript to the International Journal of Global Academic Research (IJGAR), the author confirms that the work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Submission of a manuscript implies acceptance of these terms and compliance with IJGAR’s editorial policies.
Processing Fees
All fees for manuscript processing, peer review, DOI registration, certificate issuance, and publication are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate submission or administrative error by IJGAR. Payment must be made through the official portal or designated payment channels. IJGAR reserves the right to revise fees at any time.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered only before the start of peer review. Once a manuscript enters the review process, fees are non-refundable. Administrative or technical errors on IJGAR’s part may qualify for full or partial refunds at the journal’s discretion.
Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors transfer limited copyright to IJGAR for the purpose of publication, distribution, and indexing. Authors retain moral rights and may reuse content for academic purposes with proper citation. Authors are responsible for any copyright or ethical violations in their submission.
Publication and Peer Review
Acceptance and publication are subject to IJGAR’s peer review process. IJGAR does not guarantee acceptance or expedite publication. Manuscripts are reviewed anonymously, and editorial decisions are final.
Certificate and DOI
All authors receive a publication certificate and DOI after final acceptance and publication. Certificates may be issued digitally or physically. Any discrepancy or loss must be reported within 30 days of issuance.
Physical Copy Delivery
IJGAR provides physical copies of certificates or journals by courier to the author’s provided address. IJGAR is not responsible for delays due to postal or courier services or incorrect address information provided by the author.
Author Responsibility
Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and ethical standards of the submitted manuscript. Any issues, including legal disputes, plagiarism, or errors, are the author’s responsibility.
Amendments
IJGAR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Authors are responsible for reviewing the latest version before submission. Continued use of IJGAR services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
