Payment Policy
Purpose of the Payment Policy
This policy outlines rules regarding article processing charges (APC), verification, and refund terms to maintain transparency, prevent fraud, and ensure fair handling for all IJGAR authors.
Payment Requirement for Publication
IJGAR charges fees only after formal acceptance following editorial screening. No payment is required at the time of submission. Publication only proceeds after full verification by the Accounts Team.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments must be made through official channels (Bank Transfer, UPI, Digital Wallets) communicated directly by the IJGAR office. Unofficial or third-party links are strictly prohibited.
Payment Verification Process
Authors must email payment receipts with the Manuscript ID to IJGAR. Verification involves matching transaction details with bank records before an official confirmation is issued.
Fees for Different Publication Stages
A single processing fee covers review, evaluation, formatting, indexing, and digital archiving. Optional services like hard-copy certificates may incur additional clearly-communicated charges.
No-Submission Fee & No Hidden Charges
IJGAR does not charge for submission, review, withdrawal, or fast-track processing. No hidden late fees apply; all policy updates are posted publicly.
Author Responsibility Regarding Payment
Authors must ensure correct payment via official channels and retain proof. IJGAR is not responsible for payments made to incorrect accounts or unauthorized persons.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable due to irreversible editorial work. No refunds for withdrawals, ethical rejections, or duplicate submissions.
Incorrect, Failed, or Pending Transactions
If a payment remains pending, the author must notify IJGAR. We will not proceed until funds reflect in the journal’s account. Bank charges are the author's responsibility.
Publication Hold Due to Payment Issues
A manuscript will not be published or assigned a DOI until payment is fully verified. Delays in payment may result in rescheduling to the next issue.
Fraud Prevention & Security
IJGAR verifies suspicious transactions and account details. Forgery or manipulation will lead to immediate manuscript rejection and a permanent ban.
Change or Update in Payment Policy
IJGAR reserves the right to modify this policy. Updated versions will be published on the website and apply to all future submissions.
