Author Guidelines
Welcome to IJGAR – International Journal of Global Academic Research. We appreciate your interest in submitting your research to our journal. To ensure a smooth submission process and maintain high publication standards, please carefully review and follow these guidelines.
1. Aim and Scope
Aim
IJGAR provides a high-quality, UGC-approved, open-access platform for the rapid publication of innovative and original research across all academic disciplines. We aim to advance knowledge, foster innovation, and support researchers worldwide.
Scope
We accept original research articles, review papers, case studies, and technical notes in (but not limited to) the following areas:
Business & Management: International Trade, Economics, Marketing, Finance, HR, and related fields.
Science & Technology: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, and allied disciplines.
Applied & Life Sciences: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Healthcare, and Biomedical Studies.
Social Sciences & Humanities: Education, Sociology, Psychology, and interdisciplinary studies.
Emerging Areas: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Renewable Energy, Robotics, IoT, Cybersecurity, and Sustainable Development.
We encourage research that is interdisciplinary, innovative, and practical, addressing global challenges and real-world applications.
2. Manuscript Preparation
2.1 General Requirements
Language: Manuscripts must be in English. Non-native authors are advised to get professional editing.
Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
Word Count: Research articles up to 10,000 words; review articles may be longer with editor approval.
File Format: Submit manuscripts as .doc or .docx.
2.2 Manuscript Structure
Title Page: Manuscript title, author names, affiliations, emails, corresponding author details, funding acknowledgment.
Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords.
Main Text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
References: Follow a standard style (APA/MLA/Chicago) and include all cited works.
Tables & Figures: Place after references with clear titles and legends.
2.3 Supplementary Materials
Optional materials (datasets, videos, extra figures) may be submitted and published online alongside the article.
3. Submission Process
3.1 Online Submission
Submit manuscripts through our online submission portal [insert link]. Create an account, complete the submission form, and upload your manuscript and supplementary files.
3.2 Peer Review Process
Initial Screening: Editorial team checks scope and compliance.
Double-Blind Review: Authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
Revisions: Authors revise based on feedback within the given timeframe.
Final Decision: Acceptance, revision, or rejection is based on reviewer recommendations.
4. Ethical Considerations
Plagiarism: All work must be original; we use detection software.
Conflict of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts in your manuscript.
Ethical Approvals: Research involving humans or animals must have proper ethical clearance.
5. Post-Acceptance
5.1 Proofs
Authors receive page proofs for review and must return them within 10 days. Only minor corrections are allowed.
5.2 Publication Fees
IJGAR may charge fees to cover open access, peer review, and production. Fee details and waivers are available at [insert link].
5.3 Open Access

6. Use of Generative AI (GenAI)
GenAI may assist in grammar, formatting, or language.
GenAI tools cannot be listed as authors.
Intellectual responsibility remains with human authors.
Any AI use must be declared transparently.
Manuscripts substantially generated by AI without author oversight will not be accepted.
